Web Site Construction Plus
This you can see I am no expert at but there are sites that can teach you a lot of stuff. I use Front Page at the present time to build my site and am not sure it is the best way to go. I think it is probably best to learn html if you have the time. I have also used netscape composer which did a good job for me as well. You will find links to some free web site building tools in this section.
