BRANCH –– Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2004, in St. Edmund Church in Branch, with Father Francis Bourgeois officiating, for Moise Ferrier Thibodeaux, 82, of Branch, who died at 11 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2004, in the Rayne Guest Home.
Burial was in St. Edmund Cemetery in Branch.
Visitation was observed Monday from 6:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until time of services.
He is survived by his wife, Sybil Thibodeaux, Branch; one son and his wife, Rannal and Barbara Thibodeaux, Branch; one brother and his wife, Leonce and Zuline Thibodeaux, Lake Charles; three sisters and their spouses, Rose LeJeune Richard, of Richard, Ethel and Wilfred Ledeux, Richard, and Odile and Dalton Cormier, Groves, Texas; one grandson, Bryan Music; and three great-grandchildren, Spencer Music, Justin Music and Zachery Music; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maranle and Ferrier Thibodeaux; five brothers; and three sisters.
Duhon Funeral Home of Church Point was in charge of funeral arrangements.
